Lover not a Fighter
Misfire is related to spark not firing (missing to fire).
The fixes are
(1) new spark plug
(2) plug wires
(3) distributor and rotor
(4) coil
You've already done #1. Bad coil would affect all cylinders so leave that to the last. So focus on #2 and #3.

Could also be a fuel injector.
