1998 Pontiac Sunfire SE 2.4L Rough Idle

Think I might have narrowed it down. I just got done cleaning some sensors on the car and pulled the valve cover so I could pull the plugs and re-check the gaps. They all had a little bit of oil on top of the threads but the plug in cylinder 1 had quite a bit of oil on the threads.

How do I fix that? Replace the spark plug tube seals?

Just so everyone knows, the problems almost all went away when I put some "Iso-HEET Premium Fuel-Line Antifreeze, Water Remover & Injector Cleaner" in when I filled up the car last. Which was about 150 miles ago. Now the car only has a slight put put sound coming from the exhaust so I plan on putting in another bottle at the next fill up.
