• Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "1995 Trans Am" isn't going to indicate to anybody that you need help. However, "Need help with my 1995 Trans Am" will. Be as descriptive as you can. Please use common sense... Two days before my son left for Basic Training, his car died. Appears to be a broken cam.
Aside from it not running, everything else works well. Power windows and locks, cruise, auto headlights, new ac blows very cold.
I'm looking to sell it as is. I'm located in Ventura county, California.
Asking for $800 but will consider most any offer.

A broken cam would be highly unusual, good luck with the sale.

definitely cam shaft related but could also be wiped cam lobes. Have you considered a charitable donation of the car and claiming a value greater than what you are currently asking to sell it?
