I'm not sure what the labor rates would be, but most shops charge a minimum of 1/2 to 1 hour labor to do much of anything. The FPR test wouldn't take but about 10 minutes tops using a hand vacuum pump. The fuel pressure test would take a little longer since they would have to temporarily splice a "T" fitting into the fuel line since your fuel rail has no schrader valve test fitting. I would just call a few shops and ask around.
