after doing a complete head, intake and exhuast gaskets replacement, engine makes a loud high pitched whistling noise when engine starts, checked all obvoius vacuum leaks by spraying intake cleaner around vacuums and hoses and found no obvious leaks, what may cause this noise?

take a piece of rubber hose hold one end against your ear and move other end around the engine till you find the source of the noise
