1999 Sunfire GT Engine Swap?

Jasper said they don't remanufacture them any longer. Their local installer said it would be four to five thousand in labor alone because it's a 20+ hour job. Those hours seem right? Any shops near Raleigh I should reach out to? I'd love to keep the thing running.

What is the hourly rate, that's what appears off. Look for a local car club for a shop recommendation.
