2.2 sf trans fluid

Hi again got a question for y’ll .i just replaced the trans pan gasket and filter and of cours fluid . I removed the the bolt rite above the pan on the driver side of engine I put 9 quarts in then a aditionol gusty then checked for drain .all the way to 11 quarts and I still have no drain.i read that it should take nine and a half tops .did I read wrong or could I de using the wrong bolts?98 sf 2.2 thanks
 
The 3 speed transmission takes 4 quarts according to the owners manual.
Which trani do you have, 4 speed?
 
Not shure I included a pick. Do you check fluid with engine tuning or off?it read 123driv

Thats a 4 speed and it takes 6.9 quarts. The 9 quarts is for a 3 speed if you totally drain it, coolant lines and torque converter. Was the filter you installed the same as the one you removed? All automatics are checked with a running engine.
