2.4 keeps jumping timing

I have a 2000 Grand Am with a 2.4 liter that has jumped timing three times now. Has anyone had these problems? I have installed a new chain tensioner. it has great oil pressure. Rebuilt the head because last time it bent the valves. About three years ago the mother in law had a new chain and gears installed at her exhusbands shop due to an oil change shop filing it with 8 quarts of oil and causing other problems.
Any infprmation is much appreciated.

You have changed the tensioner, chain, and chain guide 3 times?

No replaced it the first time and it has happen twice since then. The most recent about 2 hours ago after running fine for several moths. My wife said when she atarted it today it rattled and ran ruff the died. I tried to start it when I got home and it ran then a clack sound. IThe last time i took it apart the tensioner was in the reset position.
