2.4L Grand Am Leaking Coolant

Car is a 1999 Grand Am with the 2.4L engine. Coolant is leaking from the back passenger side of the motor near the exhaust manifold. It leaks even when the car is off. I filled up the resevoir after the car had been sitting over night and it immediately started leaking a steady stream. Any help is appreciated. Thanks.

can you see where the fluid is leaking from, a head gasket, a hose, something else?

It's hard to see up there since I dont have a lift. I've been doing some research and have found that there is a common problem with the o-ring on the water pump outlet.
