I have a 2000 Bonneville that the tach and speedometer have stopped working in. They both jump to zero when it is started but that is it. Also my tire pressure light is on but my tires are fine and my seatbelt light now flashes even if the belt is buckled. When this happened at the same time i lost the function of my cruise control and my turn signals. However the hazzard lights still function. I was told my cluster is bad and that there is a short in the turn signal/ cruise control switch but i believe that this information is incorrect any advice would be greatly appreciated cause i can't figure it out
 
Without someone actually working on the car you will only get guesses. Why do think your cluster isnt bad concerning the tach and speedo? The sensor in the seat could cause the seat belt light to stay on. The combo switch for cruise and turn could be bad or the wire harness. Tire pressure could be a bad sensor or the body control module.
