Alright here is the scoop. My grand am is acting crazy. It has the 3400 recently had heads done and updated intake gasket. When I am in drive and sitting at a light. The car starts to spit and rpm's start jumping all over and almost dies. It only does it once and awhile. Usually when the temp gauge is around 205-210. Has anyone had this issue before or know what it could be.

No check engine light. Did the work myself. It just started doing it this week. The heads been redone for about 5months now. The only light I had come on was the security light and it only comes on every once and awhile

Try spraying carburetor fluid around intake where it attaches to heads, looking for a vacuum leak when hot, idle will change if there is a leak.
