My 2000 Grand am, 2.4l suddenly started running rough along with the service engine soon and trac on lights are on. Bought a OBD II computer and get a P108 and P105 codes. The book and autozone say it's the MAP sensor. Checked vacume hoses and connections, all seem to be ok. Bought the MAP sensor, reset the codes. Ran great for about 5 min, same problem. Rough idle, tries to stall and shifts hard. Does anybody have some experience with this type of problem?

Check the wiring for shorts or breaks.

sorry to say but it sounds like your manifold. codes are both about the mainfolds.
