Every now and then, when I go to start my car, the car will crank but not start. When the key is left in the "On" position, the "Reduced Engine Power" light is on. Eventually, after about 5 minutes, the car will start; however, the check engine light will be on and the reduced engine power light will be off. The check engine light stays on if I continue to drive it, but will shut off entirely if I turn off the car and wait 15 minutes. The dealer said it may be the security system.
