2000 Pontiac Montana will not start - Battery fully Charged - Seems like no power...

...to starter? My son tried to install a Sony Explode stereo but didn't work. Hooked factory radio back up. Radio is working, lights and instrument cluster working. Checked all fuses and relays. Battery is fully charged. Starter and silenoid fine. Does not even crank/turn over when turn the key. HELP ???

Did he cut any wires when he tried to install the stereo? The van has a PCM that enables it to start. If he cut or shorted a wire he could have damaged the PCM.
