I have this issue with my car that spontaniously happens mostly when its colder outside but it also happened in The summer too. When I get up in the morning I go to start my car and nothing not a click nothing. My batteries are fine I have a voltage gauge on my dashit will refuse to start until I slam my door and it starts every time after I slam the door. I don't know. Its like I have to wake my car up by slamming the door for it to work.

Is your key the type near the rubber part has a resistor built into the key shank ? if so maybe thats dirty and not making good contact?

There is a Power Distribution Center box under the hood with relays and fuses. You might want to start your check at that point.
