My 2000 Sunfire GT had this issue for a few years now. I've been driving it like this with no issues.
When the car is idle, there's no real knocking / rattle, but when accelerating to high RPM, you can hear the rattle.
I originally thought it was a heat shield that's why I ignored it, but recently I went to look and there is no heat shield or manifold in the way, so it must be engine trouble.
There's no codes being set. Do you know what I should look for to further diagnose this issue?
