ok I have a 2000 sunfire and a 99 sunfire both same everything nothing is wrong with the 99 my problem is this dash lights come on but try to start nothing how ever the car will run it has done this in the past now it has a new starter new key switch and has been programmed for the security and a new battery still does nothing so we turned the key forward and try to start by arching with a screwdriver the starter spins but the bendix does not engage we thought it was the starter but works fine when put on the 99 I am at a lose we have put a lot of money in this and nothing works however we have started the car by jumping wires from the 99 and using its key switch and is the only way it will work ...............HELP PLEASE..............
