i have a 2000 Pontiac Grand Am.. it already has a rebuilt title on it.
i had a wreck last night when a car pulled out from a side road right in front of me and i swerved to miss it and they hit me anyways... they was claiming they didnt pull out in front of me...they said i came over and them while they were setting there which is not true...so i dont know if there insurance will take care of it or not...but it should... if they look at my car where it was hit at and put the pieces of the puzzle together then they would figure out whos fault it was... not mine!
