2001 2.4l Grand am rough idle when in gear

2001 grand am 2.4liter. Car starts rough. After it warms up it runs perfect when in park but runs terrible once its shifted into drive or reverse. Changed out both 02 sensors, cleaned IAC valve, replaced coil packs and coil pack housing. Have no idea whats making it run like this.

Yes check engine light is on
243,000 miles
Maybe 5,000 on plugs
Yes cleaned throttle body
Never tried Techron

I have a OBD2 code reader and the only code it pulled up was for my O2 sensor but thats since been changed and now throws no codes. Really can’t figure this out. Timing issue maybe?
