2001 Firebird Monsoon stereo issue

The passenger side door speakers suddenly are not working on my 2001 Firebird convertible with the Monsoon system. All other speakers in the car are working fine. There is very low sound coming from the tweeter (when you crank up the volume) but nothing from the bass speaker at all. Is this a speaker issue, or is it related to the amplifier, or perhaps just a bad connection somewhere. Thanks for any help.

you have to open the door panel and check whether the speakers are getting a signal. It could be the speakers, the wires running to the speakers or the radio.
