2001 formula

i have a 2001 formula 5.7. i want to put a ws6 hood on it--since its the same 5.7 thats in the trans am --will the existing airbox and hardware work for just a hood swap...?? and also i have heard that 1998-2002 all the ram air hoods were same dimensions..is this true?

Yes it should work, they will be the same for that year, Im not sure about if the airbox is the same, but if I remember correctly, it is.

airbox is a bit different, Just call around to junk yards and pick up the lower air box from a ram air. You won't need the upper air box as you will be buying a aftermarket one any how.
