2001 grand am throttle issues

i need help. my car seems like it slips when i am accelerating and it kicks out and doesnt speed up like a car should.. is this a throttle position sensor problem or something else

If you feel slipping, my guess would be transmission trouble. Check the fluid level in the transmission.

I had to change my TPS in my 2001 grand am GT before and that was because it would rev itself up to 2000rpm when i started it up and made it hard to brake. so it's not that, probably the transmission itself.
