2001 Grand am troubles

Hello,

I have someone that would like to trade to me a 01 grand am. Could you help me out. I do not know all that much about them at this time and would like to know if there were any troubles that I need to either look at or ask the current owner about.

Common pontiac grand am problems are:
1. Heater controls have a resistor that burns out, causing the controls to not function
2. Wheel hubs/Traction control sensors - My 2001 is on its 4th, with 120000 miles
3. Water pump issues - some are known to go fairly early, but are easy to replace.
4. Hazard/turn signal relay goes bad - although there is a recall out for this one.
