2001 Pontiac Sunfire Engine ticking

We replaced the cylinder head on my 2001 Pontiac Sunfire about 2 months ago. A couple of weeks later my engine developed a ticking noise. The noise increases in frequency as my engine accelerates. Can anyone help me diagnose and fix whats wrong. Below are links to view my videos.

Sounds kind of like my 1998 Sunfire 2.4L DOHC. Mine is lifters tapping.

Have you tried taking a rubber hose, hold one end against your ear and move the other end around till you isolate the source of the noise.Did you tighten the rocker arm nuts to 22 ft/lbs? Did you reinstall the same rockers on the same valves? What weight oil are you using?
