With enough time and money almost anything can be done. Sounds expensive, if possible at all.

you will have to measure everything, the steering column shaft diameter, number of treads per inch, the amount it extends from the column, the type and number of electrical connections, etc. If you don't like your wheel look at a company like Grant which makes aftermarket units.

The air bag clock spring on both cars has specific contact rings to accommodate different steering wheel controls, if the steering wheel from both cars have no controls on either of them this will simplify the conversion.
Like Melsg5 mentioned you will have to take both wheels off and measure everything.
while they may look similar in size and functionality a conversion like this may prove impossible without changing out the entire steering column, which would open up another can of worms.
the safer bet is to listen to melsg5 and purchase a aftermarket wheel that is designed to bolt up.
Messing with a airbag on your car can cause accidental discharge of the bag or have the real possibility that it will not deploy when needed.
questions like yours seem to come up often, I like a good modification when it can be done safely, yet to know for sure if this would work as expected you would have to find someone that has done this exact same modification and survive a crash because the air bag deployed as expected.
The fact that your asking if this would work indicates to me that this modification should not be attempted by you.
Anyone experienced in professional custom car building and modifications will tell you there are certain items you do not mess with, rig or hack to make them work.
Anything safety related on your car is a perfect example of what not to experiment with.
If this modification could in no way harm anyone else than you, I would say be careful do your home work and good luck.
Yet if the air bag deploys or fails to deploy when needed on you or some poor innocent person that happens to be driving your car at the time, the burden of responsibility and consequences would also lye on your shoulders. wallet and conscience.
I was properly trained by many manufactures on the proper procedures and tools needed to avoid accidental discharge while removing a air bag or steering wheel air bag.
A untrained person not properly grounded in the right environment could discharge a air bag with static discharge.
I will not say you cannot do what you want, but if your not properly trained leave it alone and pick another item on your car to modify.
I treated all air bags with respect and like it was a bomb ready to explode in my face or hands, So I never gave a air bag a reason to cause me harm by only messing with them when I had no other choice, yet I never put any of my body parts in harms way while working with these things.
