2001 sunfire stalls right after starting

I have a 2001 sunfire slx 2.2l. Basic model with automatic trans. Has no a/c or power windows or locks.

Having problems. some kind of electrical problem I guess?
Car stalls a split second after starting.Dashboard cluster has no power, no headlights or running lights. No radio or cigarette lighter.

Other things do work like the turn signals and brake lights, heater blower motor works, as well as rear window defroster.

Anyone have any ideas what is wrong?

Have you checked all fuses both in passenger compartment and under hood?

Yes checked all fuses, some of them have no power going to them at all like the headlights for example. but the fuses are good.

I think it could be a relay but I don't know which one it would be?

try another key maybe you're theft system has engaged.
