Went to my brothers house...came outside 4 hours later and my car rolled over once and then wouldn't start at all. My brother jumped it and I got home. Next morning I went to start it and it was dead again, but it wouldn't take a jump. I had a towed to my mechanic and he had me put in a brand new battery. It still wont start! The car rolls over and wants to start but it just doesn't make it. The mechanic said my fuel lines are fine, the fuel is going through and and is clean. But he can't figure out what the problem is.
What could the problem be?

Well is impossible to diagnose a car this way, on a car there are many systems and components that can go bad and cause your problem. My recommendation is to take it to a reputable shop and have them diagnose it since it sounds like your mechanic is not up to the challenge. Sounds like a map sensor going bad but Did he check spark at all? Injector pulse? there is fuel but is there fuel pressure/ fuel volume? Are there any trouble codes? these are some of the basic stuff that a technician checks in order to find the problem or problems in a car. Take it to a professional before you start throwing parts at it.
Good luck
