2002 Bonneville no crank no start

Yesterday i went to start my car for a normal work day and got no crank. The lights and radio work fine. So i suspected starter issues, i replaced starter 3 months ago still under warranty so i removed it and took it back got a replacement. Even after changing starter , same issue. I checked all ignition fuses...they're good. Any help, ideas?

furthermore, the car starts and runs fine if i jump the starter.

Make sure you have 12 volts at the purple wire on the starter when the key is in the start position. Then you have a starting spot to work back from.
