2002 Montana starts then stalls after spraying starting fluid in the intake

make sure your fuel pump is running

did you reconnect the vacuum line to pressure regulator?

You're not getting fuel. Check the wiring and check the fuel pressure. If it ran before, chances are something isn't hooked up.
