2002 Sunfire will not start.

2002 Sunfire 2.2L will turn over but not run. In the key on position radio comes on but instrument cluster does not come on. All fuses are good. Fully charged battery.

Do you hear the fuel pump run for a few seconds when you turn the key to the run position?
Have you checked for spark at the plugs?

Check the fuses in the engine bay and under the hood. If not its a fuel pump for sure. Ive had the same problem in my 02
