2003 - Can i change my stock radio?

- My system is getting old and looking ugly, and I wanna change it, or upgrade it.
-But another thing is the size of the stereo is a lot wider i believe than all of these ones you can buy? Is it possible?

crutchfield lists their radios by application, if you followed their guide it should fit
