2003 Sunfire Coupe -
Thieves were "nice" enough to smash my right rear quarter window. I priced it and found out that this is an encapsulated unit and therefore it's pretty expensive. ($320 not including the trim paint). I found several of the glass pieces on EBAY for less than $50 shipped. I've found a few web solutions varying from "Don't do it" to " No Problem, It takes about an hour"
My question is: Has anyone attempted to replace the glass and how hard was it? I'm pretty handy, but I dont want to buy it from a junkyard if there is no chance of replacing it. If you can offer any tips I would be very grateful.
Thanks~
