2003 Grand am GT fog lights

I got in a accident the other week an in replacing the 2003 Grand am GT fog lights I cant locate the mounting location for them do the mount to the bumper itself or is there an additional bracket?

I have looked a couple of times and also tried talking to gm parts person and no one shows where it mounts other then

If anyone has a pic of how theirs mount I would be greatly appreciative

The bracket is part of the lamp assembly, held on with two bolts, if they were on the car before the accident how come you cannt see where they mount?

thats what Im trying to figure out because there is nothing close that would allow the fog lamps to be bolted to that would also allow it to be shown through the fog light opening in the bumper cover

The mounting position is flat, black colored plastic located DIRECTLY above the light opening in the bumper cover...if you cannot see it then it most likely was damaged in the accident and the repair shop cut or threw it away.
