2003 pontiac montana

Having trouble hearing movies. Says it should play through the speakers but it won't hear no sound. Also the RSA won't power on and if you press the temp or fan button it says disabled on it. The movie will play fine just can't hear it. Any ideas?

Perhaps try and give it a reset ,find the fuse and pull it for 30 secs see if that helps
also regarding the rsa make sure your selector switch in the front is set to "rear"

Just checked my 2003 and if you have the rear heater control switch set to anything but "R" then it does say disabled. So you have to have that little knob/switch set to "R" for the rear passengers to control the setting themselves on the overhead controls.
