...Aztek? I am looking into purchasing a used Aztek with 91,000 miles. I am looking for information on the reliability of the car, not how ugly you may think it is. Please be specific with things to look for.

My parents own a Pontiac Aztek and I have yet to see them bring it to the shop for repairs... It may depend on what your switching from because the one downside my parents faced was that they had a car that was excellent on gas and the Aztek isn't AS good as the car they had before. They don't complain about it anymore. I guess the difference wasn't THAT bad... BELOW are some cars for sale(You may have to update your zip code so you can find one nearest you), some reviews, and a fuel economy review. HOPE THIS HELPS!!!

These are very good vehicles despite the appearance. JD Power gave them high marks as well. The mileage is great as is the reliability. As long as you can stand the stares and questions on why you bought it, then I would get this checked out by a competent mechanic. If this checks out okay, go for it.

thats pretty high miles but thats not always bad look for wear and tear on seats sterring wheel look all around the azteck to make sure no dings dints or to find out if it has been wrecked drive it to make usre it handels well check all the window to make sure they work check headlights brakelight radio cd player check it all and maybe even see about getting a carfax
