2004 Brake Issues, please help!

Hey there,
After replacing the brake pads and testing them, the brake pedal sinks right to the floor; there seems to be no pressure getting to the brakes. There are no leaks; the lines have been bled and re-filled. Wondering if it is either the master cylinder or booster, or something else? Any help as to how to find out what it might be and/or how to correct it would be greatly appreciated! :)

if you have no leak and are sure there is no air in the system then it's the master. A bad booster causes a hard pedal
