2004 Grand Am Low Beam Not Working

The right side (passenger) low beam light does not work on my 2004 Grand Am GT. I have changed the bulb (twice) and the fuse (both work when put into the drivers side). Is there anything else apart from taking apart the wiring loom? If that is the only option, where is the best place to start please?

take a voltmeter to see if you have current coming in and an ohm meter to make sure you have a ground.
