I've had the master and slave cylinder replaced twice now but every 6 months without fail the clutch line keeps getting full of air and the mechanic cannot find a leak anywhere. Fluid levels are in acceptable range as well because that was the first thing I checked when it when straight to the floor.

Stupidly I called GM to see if there were any issues and they gave me no help.

Anybody come across this or have any ideas?

what brand of master and slave are you buying perhaps they are not the best quality?

The quality is fine. The first time this was done it was done by GM themselves so clearly it's not a quality issue. I just wasn't willing to shell out a grand to have it done by them again and bought the parts myself.

So you didnt go back to the GM dealer and ask them why it failed so soon? The second time you replaced both pieces or a private shop did? This is the third time you have an issue?
