i did sum reading and have narrowed it down to a possible vacuum leak? i changed the first o2 already and light still stays on. the SES light didnt come on till after i replaced fuel pressure regulator and the serpentine belt. i need help in fixing this. thanks

I think this is the system lean code (I just fixed this on my Toyota) which is usually caused by a leak in a vacuum hose or the intake manifold. A lot of people will tell you it is the O2 sensor which is unfortunate since these can be expensive and usually doesn't fix this error.

Check the vacuum lines to the pcv valve, you may have dislodged it putting FP regulator in.
On the side where the belt is located, and in front of the alternator, there is a vacuum port that may have a line hook on it or a cap on it.(check it)
