2005 Sunfire Fog lamp problem

The fog lamps on my 2005 Sunfire suddenly stopped working. I have checked both bulbs and they are fine. I have tested the switch, and checked the fuse, both are working. The problem is that when I go to turn on the fog lights, the indicator light on the switch does not turn on, nor do the fog lamps. I know power is getting to the switch, (checked it with a volt meter), is there another relay or fuse that may be the problem? If so where whould it be located at?

Have you checked the fuse panel. Or better yet, do you have an owners manual that may indicate where the fuses are at?

I did check the fuses and they are fine. I did find a wiring diagram online and it indicates that there are 2 more relays somewhere between the switch and the lights. I hunted for them for about an hour or so but was unable to locate them. does anyone know where they would be located at?
