There doesnt appear to be a common fuse listed in the owners manual so a pure guess would be a failure in the dash instrument cluster.

I was going to look at fuses when I got home from work. It just happened this morning when my wife was taking our daughter to school. Perhaps a relay somewhere?
I also thought about some of the more expensive cars having a voltage monitor that will shut down part of the vehicles dash board when the vehicle battery gets weak. Don't know if this car has that type of computer system. I believe the battery is original to this car. I will measure battery volts before and after starting to see where it is.
