Let me start off with a few things:
Purchased this van with the 3.5L in November, 2012.

I'm not here to complain about this van, I love it. (I'm here to receive/offer help)

I will have a few posts about issues/questions I currently have.

OK.
Thanks.

The rear wiper motor on my Montana quit.
I tried to swap the relay from the front wipers to the rear wipers, but no luck.
The front wipers didn't work with the rear wiper relay either, so I'm guessing they are not the same.

I plan to pull the rear door panel off.

I'm wondering what the pinout is for the 4 pin connector so I can test to see if it's the motor or something else.

Does anybody have a diagram for this (or know if there is something else I should check before tearing this apart)?

Thanks & have a great day!

have you looked in a Hanes or similar manual for the diagram

Rear Wiper.

I also bought a van recently. It had a bunch of issues. Including rear wiper motor, rear quarter windows and air conditioning.
I am glad to say both wiper and windows are small fixes.
Rear Wiper motor is stuck due to grease getting hard over time.
Need to pull the motor from the rear window and apply penetrating oil for a while. The main bearing that goes through the glass will eventually loose. I used a small hammer to tap it out. Once out, clean and grease it with synthetic grease and away you go. In my case the motor is not the problem.

Rear quarter panel windows both quit at the same time?
Check for yellow wire that has a soldering joint under the carpet by the passenger legs. Once you find the single yellow wire that becomes 2 yellow wires you are halfway there. On my case, the wire just came apart as I pulled it out of the all the other wires.

My a/c issue, I still am stumped and have not found much on the net. So I am here to seek help. I have a post on it.

Hey des999! Wanted to point out to you that I fixed my rear quarter windows on my 05 SV6 because of your post. It was exactly the yellow wire that was corroded and broke. Mine was a light yellow or tan wire. It is right there under the door sill. I just got my 05 SV6 and mine too had the rear wiper motor, quarter windows and 3rd brake light out. It's all fixed now. Thanks again!

Just to follow up: I did replace the motor and it has worked fine every since.

Thanks people!
