Let me start off with a few things:
Purchased this van with the 3.5L in November, 2012.

I'm not here to complain about this van, I love it. (I'm here to receive/offer help)

I will have a few posts about issues/questions I currently have.

OK.
Thanks.

This one is a little bit of laziness on my part.
I haven't actually had a chance to look at the steering wheel yet to see how difficult this will be.

This concerns the right hand controls on the steering wheel (volume up, down, source, etc.) only.

Sometimes, when pressing the down volume, the stereo will change from an FM station to the DVD that is playing for the kids in the back.

I assume there is something broken under the silver plate (or dirty or loose).
I'm wondering if anybody has any instructions on how to remove this?

Thanks!

have you tried googling for air bag removal on your vehicle, it should cover the control removal

Actually, that was one thing I had not tried.

I wasn't able to get anything when googling the removal of the switches.

Thanks, I think I found something.

Just to follow up: I haven't fixed this yet, but have figured out how to remove the airbag (there are spring-loaded clips, NOT bolts/screw that hold it in place) and I think I have the part figured out that I need that will replace the entire right side wheel control button group.

Thanks people!
