I just replaced the alternator, in the process of replacing, the belt came off of its place and now I am having a hard time putting the belt in its place, can you give me step by step on how to put the belt back together? Will I need to take out the air assembly to get better access? Thanks.

2007 torrent serpentine belt

Not sure of the layout for the Torrent, but you shouldn't have to take anything apart to put the belt on. I run the belt through it's path, leaving the idler for last, and using a wrench to move the idler against it's spring tension, I flip the belt on.
