2008 Torrent Stereo Problems

I Recently Purchased a 2008 Torrent with the 6 Disc CD changer. I am having a problem that the stereo will not turn on after the car has been turned off. I have removed the fuse to check it (to see if it was blown), when i plug it back in you can hear the CD changer boot back up and it works until the next time i shut the car off. At the same time the stereo does not work the turn signal acts up they work fine but the Click noise you here when there on, is not there. Would anyone have an idea as too what would be going on. Any help would be great. Thank You.
