2009 Pontiac G8 base or 2010 Mustang v6?

Which is faster? which is cheaper? and what is the smartest buy? I know pontiac is under right now and I might get a good price. also they have 3500 cash back. but ford is doing alright and the mustangs do look nice but so do the pontiac g8's so what do you think?

I own a mustang and im telling you to get the G8. If you were getting a V8 it would be the other way around but the V6 mustangs are just something to laugh at. the G8 is more money but also a faster car, the mustang would probably get better MPG if that matters to you.

G8. They are giving really good deals and they are supposed to be a good car.

The Mustang V6 in the new body style is an amazing motor so I wouldn't be too quick to discard that car for that reason, I would however discard it because it's a Ford. The G8 is not a car that you get in a V6, you get it in a V8 and that's it.

I am sorry if I dont understand this joke-- could you explain this one to me? Not sure if you meant to type this or it just came out wrong......

The Base G8 has a V6 in it : 3.6L DOHC all-aluminum V-6...... Again, it is very easy to have known this and should not mislead people unless you really know what your talking about..... but I am sure it was just a TYPO........
