This engine was running prior to the seized piston. It was not running with a 13.0:1 compression, the starter wouldn't turn the engine, so going down that road is a fantasy. Any machine shop worth doing business with is capable of accurately calculating the compression.

I never said it was running. It certainly wasn't running when I bought it. It was probably last registered back in the '90's.

It was running at some point! Again machine shop can measure CC of cylinder heads and calculate compression.
