This engine was running prior to the seized piston. It was not running with a 13.0:1 compression, the starter wouldn't turn the engine, so going down that road is a fantasy. Any machine shop worth doing business with is capable of accurately calculating the compression.I personally don't have knowledge of that one way or the other. I will personally be calling them to find out, but the machine shop is very adamant of the high compression with the current parts.
