3.4 oil question

Hey all I have a 3.4 block in my Gt, the question is prior owner put a remote oil filter on, it has 2 bolts that has a plate with 2 hoses coming out of it. I want to know what all I need to put the original oil filter back on because I am having some crazy oil pressure issues. Any help would be great!

Since you are the only one who can see what has been done, is there a manufacturers name on the oil filter mounting plate or the plate on the engine block where the stock filter goes. it may be as simple as removing the plate on the block and installing the stock filter.
