3 rd gen 16x8,s on first gen

I came across a set of 89 16x8's , does anybody know if they'll fit a 69 . I know I may have to do some mods but I really like the wheels.

go to tirerack and look up the offset and lug patterns and you should be able to tell from there.

EXAMPLE: if the 89's are 5x114 lug pattern with 50 offset and the 69's are 5x114 lug pattern with 60 offset, I would say they should fit, but this is just an example, worst case, u may have to get longer studs and throw a small 1/2in spacer and ur set.
